I would say it’s definitely achievable to hit the SDR quota but still not easy or a given, especially in the first 6 months. It depends what business unit you’re apart of. C-corp team has best product market fit so it’s easier to hit quota but quota is much higher for them. My overall experience at Carta has been incredible. Great people, solid leadership, and strong product-market fit. Quotas are a stretch each month, but certainly attainable. Pay is top of market. The Carta SMB team is an inbound referral engine. Fast deal cycles, although some prospects need much more hand-holding than others as they're typically first time founders. Currently more reps miss than hit, as there's nowhere left to prospect (closed 60%+ of the market, we only sell to net-new, no limit on book size).
