My overall experience at Carta has been incredible. Great people, solid leadership, and strong product-market fit. Quotas are a stretch each month, but certainly attainable. Pay is top of market. We do a great job leading with transparency in the SDR org, but that seems to be hit or miss in other BUs. Proud of the work we've done helping recent grads / young professionals launch their careers!

Sales team lacks diversity and it feels like the goal is always changing. Great product and great product market fit tho.

Enablement is steadily improving, and with that comes more meetings. Leadership like many in Sales are cheerleaders until you are behind the 8 ball and have minimal sympathy or actionable advice. Almost all come from outside the org and haven't sold Carta before.
