Worked at a fast-paced, high-growth fintech where expectations were always high and roles evolved quickly. Experienced frequent org changes, shifting priorities, and a leadership team focused heavily on profitability. Cross-functional collaboration could be strong at times but often lacked alignment. Learned a lot, wore many hats, and developed resilience, but work-life balance was challenging and burnout was common. Great place to build skills quickly, but not always sustainable long term.

I would say it’s definitely achievable to hit the SDR quota but still not easy or a given, especially in the first 6 months. It depends what business unit you’re apart of. C-corp team has best product market fit so it’s easier to hit quota but quota is much higher for them.
