My overall experience at Box was great. There is an amazing culture that makes it a really healthy workplace, specially in Sales. The downside would be professional development that is quasi non existent for people wanting to progress their career in Sales.

Management style has completely changed in past 6 months. Went from an understanding that this is a long sales cycle for enterprise solutions to constant pressure to close big deals monthly. Only 10-20% of AEs make goal so this new pressure seems misplaced. Internal culture has been destroyed by new COO.

Good experience, no real gripes. Pay is good but ive heard some office culture is different than others
