Veeva is amazing! Commmission structure doesn't give room for people to bring home a huge bag but it's a much less stressful environment.

My overall experience is good, we have a team goal and shared commission and we usually hit out number. They recently took away the 1.5 multiplier and the spiff for services which most of the organization find frustrating

A huge disappointment. Very toxic company and culture. They truly believe that you should be happy to work for such a great company and that’s compensation enough.
