Shipbob does very little professional development that is actionable aside from trainings on how to use lattice.

Stay far far away form this company. Churn and burn company. They say "we have great office culture" meanwhile it is far from that. You career will not progress at this company and compensation is terrible compared to other SDR/BDR roles. Save yourself the time and don't get sold the "shipbob dream"
