Overall, Genesys has been a good company, but unfortunately that is changing. They have been a dominant leader in the space, but seem to be losing traction with pivoting product platforms.

Easy to sell - Genesys is a product that companies need, it’s a Gartner MQ leader, and the company sets achievable quotas. Great company. Lots of training and development. The culture is top notch and overall leadership is transparent and clear on objectives. Biggest downside is pay is a bit lower than industry average for the role but it's worth it as more hit target in my opinion.
