They seem to only take care of the enterprise reps here and don’t respect internal promotions. it’s a great stop for new employee joining Genesys when it’s time for promotion they are going to lowball you. There is no continuity to the sales process and seems like new initiatives are rolled out biweekly. but the product is great

Very toxic culture, compensation is ok. Overall the juice is not worth the squeeze. Leadership is insecure, toxic and very demanding. This trickles down to everyone. A lot of employees are grouchy and unhelpful. They are the result of an awful culture that starts at the top. Do not recommend.
