When I came to ZoomInfo it was a huge pay cut and I took it because of the structured path to promotion into an AE. The problem is that there are high expectations for Outbound reps but the enablement between inbound and outbound is often talked about but not substantial.

I love working at Zoominfo ! My only complaint would be lead flow. For the most part it is amazing. There is a small group that is always busy that makes me wonder sometimes
