SAP is like any other MNC with a rigorous sales review and cadence. However I do feel there are limited options to grow in the organisation specially if you are in middle management.

My overall experience at Successfactors was very average. They don’t know how to differentiate themselves against Workday which is taking market share away. Leadership is all about themselves and not the customer. They promote from within to management positions that are not qualified to be in leadership. My overall experience was that SAP's sales tech stack systems are outdated, clunky and manual. SAP knows how to upsell current customers, especially in top industries. However they do not know how to sell new business. Also, there is very little diversity. Most of the employees in North America sales are white men ages 45-60 years old. Solid experience, few are hitting quota and leadership is constantly in transition. Some of the bag is jump ball and not structured well to serve the overall clientele best. Net new wins are very inconsistent with saturated market and territories that are assembled with low amount of actual data.
