Poor leadership and sloppy implementation. Competitors are serving this opportunity up on a silver platter but questionable policies and leadership are preventing adoption.

My overall experience was exceedingly negative. Tekion has an idea of what it wants to be, but internal bureaucracy prevents it from scaling. Inconsistent direction from leadership, poor compensation, and a general attitude of arrogance pervades in leadership. Backbitting, passing the buck, and the blame game are the norm.
