Nextiva has some positives, but the issues are hard to ignore. You won’t do much cold calling since most leads are already familiar with Nextiva or are price-shopping competitors, and customers are generally pleasant because phone service is essential. Good people to work with but the VoIP space is crowded with competitors and Nextiva doesn't have much features that make it stand out above the crowd.
