Great product, great vision, lot of opportunity as a disruptor in an old school industry. Middle mangement is completely incompetent. Established culture of back biting and lack of accountability. Zero training or interest in internal promotion.

My overall experience was exceedingly negative. Tekion has an idea of what it wants to be, but internal bureaucracy prevents it from scaling. Inconsistent direction from leadership, poor compensation, and a general attitude of arrogance pervades in leadership. Backbitting, passing the buck, and the blame game are the norm.
