Inbound was a grind for sure, a lot of OT hours to hit my goals but it was worth it to get to R&G outbound. The money on outbound is very good and it becomes very, very laid back. If you come in ready to work and ready to make money you will - if you come in and complain about working hard or are lazy you will fail.
