ZoomInfo has been a excellent place to be in Sales for over 4 years -- offering a wide selection of top performing software solutions in combination with strong incentives to hit my number has pushed me to be a top seller for years. I've also grown a ton professionally and admire leadership.

My experience at Zoominfo was overall very good, but with the SDR role its about evolving. One will never be fully satisfied with this role. Its about climbing from inbound to outbound and then eventually AE, which is where every SDR wants to be.

Great product, great leadership, too much administrative work that slows down the selling process. Needs to offer more competitive salaries, work from home and overall OTE.
