My overall experience wasn’t great, bad leadership and no mentoring or career experience. It was the worst professional experience I ever had. Management benefited their friends, opportunities were given to them and didn’t like Mexican people.

Zendesk is a great company to work for. I had to leave for personal family reasons. Great path for promotions.

Failure of management to advocate for team members. Territory problems and misaligned accounts resulted in lost revenue and reps selling against one another. Very toxic internal environment. Major process issues often impacted customers as well, for example multiple invoices being sent in error or to customer rather than reseller partner.

PE firm came in a messed everything up. Mid Market and Enterprise are luck up the draw on territories with low chances for success outside of the west coast.
