There is no GTM where more than 30-35% are making their number. Firm looking to downsize, using performance management to do so. The old days are long and far gone. SVP underwhelming.

Was great before the PE acquisition, but has changed drastically since.

A lot has changed since going private. Improvements to product offering via acquisitions which is a positive. However, its has become much harder to make good commission as leadership has introduced was to penalise AEs for selling anything but a 36 month contract with zero discounting applied, if your deal is any different to this you will be hit -BCR rates.
