Solid brand solid market fit solid TAM, lots of changes from PE and new biz is totally dead. Lots of reps missing targets and tough territories if you don’t have good acct’s

A lot has changed since going private. Improvements to product offering via acquisitions which is a positive. However, its has become much harder to make good commission as leadership has introduced was to penalise AEs for selling anything but a 36 month contract with zero discounting applied, if your deal is any different to this you will be hit -BCR rates.

GTM org has matured since acquisition, but this has been negated by horrible CRM data and fragmented BoB's that make zero sense (ex. half your book is SMB when it should be enterprise and vice versa)

PE Firm bought it and everything Zen went down hill. Avoid at all costs
