Advice to Management
- Employee experience goes a very long way in a competitive sales environment. Amplify the voice of your workforce or you'll continue to lose them to larger competitors and startups. - A fundamental shift in strategy for the enterprise sector is needed to be successful. Zendesk is best suited for SMB/Mid Market with some Commerical applications. But it is priced as an Enterprise grade solution that can't compete against Salesforce or ServiceNow.. with less expensive options found at Freshdesk Browse Other Reviews
