Product suite is not competitive in the Enterprise sector - No actual promotion path for BDRs into AE/CS/Sales Ops/Enablement - Direction has shifted since going private - Management seems to be preoccupied with hardline numbers instead of overall results - Constant missed Sales Ops deadlines(salesforce updates, accounts changes etc etc) - No focus on Customer Success/Experience Employee Experince - Management quality has taken a nose dive Advice to Management - Employee experience goes a very long way in a competitive sales environment. Amplify the voice of your workforce or you'll continue to lose them to larger competitors and startups. - A fundamental shift in strategy for the enterprise sector is needed to be successful. Zendesk is best suited for SMB/Mid Market with some Commerical applications. But it is priced as an Enterprise grade solution that can't compete against Salesforce or ServiceNow.. with less expensive options found at Freshdesk
