Major culture change since PE took over, some people don't like it. It is a run the numbers sales house now. Mgmt watches calls, meetings, pipeline very closely - regardless of performance and attainment. Accept that, and this is a good place to be with PE putting millions into R&D, creating a very competitive product in the cx market. Very good product.

My first year was fantastic: incredible management, product was received well and in demand, ample opportunity for growth, fair quota made up for terrible base pay (42k when I started) and the culture was so fun to be a part of. Work hard, play hard. Then the company sold to a private firm. They are gutting the company. Layoffs, weak management, no career development...Read More

It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product.
