It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product. Inbound leads are far less.. then one would expect...

Great place to work, good opportunity to progress and make money in with new products and acquisitions……more of a lense of activities recently but this seems to be the way in most sales orgs now

Company was hyper growth once a upon a time and was a great company to work for. Since going private it has changed from growth at all costs to focus on profits. Means the company runs leaner in all departments and makes it tough for sales people to hit Quota.
