My first year was fantastic: incredible management, product was received well and in demand, ample opportunity for growth, fair quota made up for terrible base pay (42k when I started) and the culture was so fun to be a part of. Work hard, play hard. Then the company sold to a private firm. They are gutting the company. Layoffs, weak management, no career development focus, no job opportunities, no transparency into inner workings of the company. After seeing what it was and what its become, I would not recommend working here. A really sad fall from grace.

Zendesk has an amazing product which is truly one of the best in the industry. It used to be a great place to work too until PE took over and flipped it upside down.
