I'm at Zendesk for the people. On my second manager now, they're as great as the first. As an Enterprise BDR, it's challenging because we don't perfectly fit with other Enterprise solutions, but the whole organization is shifting focus to Enterprise, offering support while maintaining frontline challenges. With recent leadership changes, our compensation structures seem less favorable than before, but there are still earning opportunities. Compared to other companies, compensation might not match. The product's foundational simplicity aids in sales. Overall, there's a strong sales culture, making Zendesk a compelling environment, despite the current challenges.

God product, but since Zendesk is off public market, they maximize every cost. Remove training reimbursement..

My overall experience has been good. The culture of the sales org is very high pressure in enterprise due to the lack of market share, and the desire to grow in that segment. Co-workers are great.
