As an Enterprise BDR, it's challenging because we don't perfectly fit with other Enterprise solutions, but the whole organization is shifting focus to Enterprise, offering support while maintaining frontline challenges. With recent leadership changes, our compensation structures seem less favorable than before, but there are still earning opportunities. Compared to other companies, compensation might not match.
