My overall experience has been good. The culture of the sales org is very high pressure in enterprise due to the lack of market share, and the desire to grow in that segment. Co-workers are great.

It was a very good company in terms of compensation structure, then they introduced something called Dynamic Deal Guidance to discourage people from giving discounts, which made every single rep suffer in the reality of the post-covid era in tech.
