INFA's culture is similar to Oracle; you need to have the right accounts and be under the right leadership to be successful

Once they went public, the leadership only cared about shareholder pricing and less about employees (2 RIFS in 1 year). They need to realign their products, training and structure if they want to be successful. Be agile!
