It was a very good company in terms of compensation structure, then they introduced something called Dynamic Deal Guidance to discourage people from giving discounts, which made every single rep suffer in the reality of the post-covid era in tech.

Still undergoing a transition post-acquisition. Lot's of change and sometimes limited enablement resources. The ones who succeed the most are those who are agile, flexible, and position themselves strategically.

My first year was fantastic: incredible management, product was received well and in demand, ample opportunity for growth, fair quota made up for terrible base pay (42k when I started) and the culture was so fun to be a part of.
