Still undergoing a transition post-acquisition. Lot's of change and sometimes limited enablement resources. The ones who succeed the most are those who are agile, flexible, and position themselves strategically.

zendesk was aquired by the end of 2022 by Permira where a lot of changes happened and zendesk lost its original attractive culture. As any business money related acquisition a lot of layoffs has been in place and lack of leadership has made company future uncertain

It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product.
