Current Employee4.3Jan 30, 2024I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.

My time at Zendesk marked the most pivotal growth of my career and I had exposure to many areas beyond my SC role, entrusted with taking on additional projects and responsibilities that furthered my skillset. I had great leadership and loved working within a global team. Great company culture.
