Current Employee3.4Feb 6, 2024My overall experience was good at the start and then got worse as the PE firm took over. Made territories much smaller, send majority accounts overseas with no transparency on lead flow and where it goes. Changed pay -20% with no signs of growth opportunities.

It is little surprise that the global economic downturn doesn't exist in the eyes of senior leadership and the only reason anyone is missing quota is because they haven't made enough cold calls.
