Zendesk has an amazing product which is truly one of the best in the industry. It used to be a great place to work too until PE took over and flipped it upside down. Theres no rhyme or reason to who gets what territory, quotas are essentially the same no matter what territory you have (greenfield territories have same quota as territories with a history of high organic growth), commissions have been cut, territories reduced, in office work "highly encouraged" once a week, regular in territory travel now a requirement, micromanagement, and unrealistic weekly metrics are just a few of the many changes. If you don't hit the the metrics you'll be put on a coaching plan (with even more unrealistic metrics) and if you don't meet the requirements of the coaching plan you'll be placed on an actual PIP. This has all led to a toxic work environment where reps fear for their jobs on a daily basis. You can still make a lot of money with the right territory but that is very much a crap shoot.
