Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It's an interesting year for SaaS and Zendesk is definitely feeling the impact. Some reps are hitting and exceeding quota and many are struggling to hit. If you get a big deal or have several good accounts, you will hit quota, but if you have a tougher territory, you will struggle. I'm sure this is a similar theme across all SaaS companies at the moment. Overall, close rates are down and sales cycles are lasting longer. Browse Other Reviews
