Former Employee2.6Nov 21, 2024promotion was false. upper leadership looked down on SDR's. Especially those not hitting quota.. which was 85% of the team..

Current Employee2.0Oct 27, 2024Product is good but hard to sell cause it’s expensive. Lots of inexperienced new managers and directors who don’t know what they’re doing. Company is just not lettin people get prometed and the the been firing people every month even tho no doy is hitting quota. If the base is enough for you go for it, otherwise don’t count on any comisiona cause the structure sucks

Former Employee2.9Sep 10, 2024Good culture, but unrealistic expectations for quota attainment with small territory hence a lot of reps not meeting quota expectations. Product market fit is average compared to the saturated AP automation market.
