It's a job. Good place to start for younger reps but not ideal if you have experience. Lead flow is slow. Most deals are small and the majority of people miss quota but there is the occasional whale deal. The market is oversaturated and competition is high so the day-to-day is mostly prospecting/hunting cold accounts. High number of PIPs. AP Pros: office is nice, lunch program is amazing, Nespresso machine, company invests well in sales software tools.

Great product and for the most part an excellent product/product team. Most leaders are really good, however goals are unrealistic with about 20% in my org hitting quota in 2023. Too many reps and not enough good accounts to go around. If you land in a good patch you'll make a killing if you don't you'll fight tooth and nail for opportunities. Horrible...Read More

The company lacks strong sales leadership. Although sales leaders are fine people, finance, product, compliance and implementation all play an oversized factor in the deal cycle and receiving commission.
