Most deals are small and the majority of people miss quota but there is the occasional whale deal. The market is oversaturated and competition is high so the day-to-day is mostly prospecting/hunting cold accounts. High number of PIPs. AP Pros: office is nice, lunch program is amazing, Nespresso machine, company invests well in sales software tools.
