Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great product and for the most part an excellent product/product team. Most leaders are really good, however goals are unrealistic with about 20% in my org hitting quota in 2023.
Too many reps and not enough good accounts to go around. If you land in a good patch you'll make a killing if you don't you'll fight tooth and nail for opportunities.
Horrible commission structure and often deals that are closed fail compliance leading to you getting 0 commission for signing net new customers. It takes extremely long to get paid on closed deals as its broken up into 3 pieces.
The 20% that do have good territories do really well but if you find yourself outside of that good luck.
