Current Employee The company lacks strong sales leadership. Although sales leaders are fine people, finance, product, compliance and implementation all play an oversized factor in the deal cycle and receiving commission. Clawbacks from finance for deals that dont ramp because implementation managers don’t have incentive to get clients up and running. Product giving unclear information around product capabilities. Compliance holding up deals going live with ever changing requirements. There is poor alignment between organizations and it’s clear when trying to get deals closed. Browse Other Reviews
