Great place to work and great culture. Not cool when a company starts messing with your compensation, but pretty much every company I’ve ever worked for punishes salespeople for good performance (raising quota and lowering commission rate) so it’s nothing new. CEO is a great guy and my org is great but top level leadership does what they can to mitigate my team’s success

SailPoint is a great Company and has amazing products. If you get the right territory at the right time, you can have a good year. If not, its hard to hit your number because of the small number of accounts in each territory. OTE is lower than similar Companies with similar roles, but the comp plan is very generous for AE's exceeding 110%.
