Current Employee3.4Nov 1, 2023was once a great culture and a pleasure to work for this organization. PE buyout has turned that upside down. Great culture replaced by more and more metrics, micromanagement, get the customer's money at all costs attitude. I used to take pride in working for a great company but now if asked by a friend I would suggest they look at other options first.
