The person running the Americas is all about numbers and doesn't worry about how his team is doing or if they have the necessary tools to deliver what they are being asked. No HR support outside the US so when they finally can have time to look at the region it might be too late. Not willing to spend a dollar on marketing or lead Gen activities outside the US.
