Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I've had a mixed experience working here. On one hand, the company has a fantastic culture and some truly wonderful people. My coworkers are incredibly supportive and open to helping one another, particularly within the sales teams. This camaraderie has been a significant factor in my positive experience and personal achievements here.
However, there have been some significant challenges, particularly following a major change in management over the past year. Unfortunately, this shift has led to a decline in several areas.
One of the issues is the pay structure. Despite having the same level of experience and performing similar roles, there is a noticeable disparity in compensation within the team. This lack of fairness is demotivating and has caused frustration among many of us.
Additionally, the new managers do not seem to fit well with the existing company culture. This misalignment has resulted in a disconnect between the management and the employees. Many of us enjoy the company but struggle with the current management style and approach.
Overall, good organization with a lot of potential. However, they need to address these management issues and work on treating their employees more fairly. Browse Other Reviews
