SailPoint is a great Company and has amazing products. If you get the right territory at the right time, you can have a good year. If not, its hard to hit your number because of the small number of accounts in each territory. OTE is lower than similar Companies with similar roles, but the comp plan is very generous for AE's exceeding 110%.

The best part of this gig is a combination of product market fit, market opportunity, and the folks I get to work with on a daily basis. Great and caring culture.
