The Digital Sales Rep position is an excellent entry position into Cyber/Technology Sales. SailPoint as an organization is fantastic. However, training & development is a small bit overlooked outside of the US and it is very much so about learning on the job.

Too much forecasting and documentation. Not the best pay incentive imo and doesn't seem like many reps hit quota. However, fantastic culture and work-life balance.

SailPoint has a great product for Identity Governance. it is one of the most capable platforms available in the marketplace today. After years of rapid growth the market slowed down and SailPoint found themselves a bit heavy on regional coverage.
