I was not paid for the sales I made. SPIFFs were promised and revoked. Accelerators ignored. Big deals not paid commission. Sailpoint Executives cost me about a $1M in lost commissions due to their dishonesty, misrepresentation, "discretion" and blatant favoritism to certain reps over other reps. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

My overall experience has been amazing. I'm not yet in the field, and for anyone trying to get to the field, I don't know if there is a better company to look into than SailPoint. The DSR role is all about development.
