My overall experience has been amazing. I'm not yet in the field, and for anyone trying to get to the field, I don't know if there is a better company to look into than SailPoint. The DSR role is all about development.

Product is good but senior leadership seems to be a little out of touch with industry analysts. No inbound lead flow at all and marketing is way out of touch with reality. A bit too much Oracle attitude and feeling of arrogance at the top. Used to have a great culture but that seems to going away.

It's an excellent culture, company understands the deal cycles are long and challenging. They are continuing to hire reps, territories are shrinking so hards to feel like you are building business/pipeline year over year.
