Responsive went through a lot of leadership change which destroyed the culture. Leadership started to play favoritism and moving deals and opportunities into certain reps. Overall great product but a few leaders make it hard to work there.

So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.
