Great place to work! They need a presidents club but overall great product and great sales team

Hard to keep up with the changing expectations and processes. They keep hiring/ adding to senior leadership while over 70% on of sales aren't hitting quota. They have moved to being a performance based company so they are handing out PIPs left and right to "normalize" them. But the PIP's are normally unattainable metrics so majority of people put on them leave...Read More
