Recently cut our pay and took away inbound lead flow. We make about 10% the commission we used to and don't get enough leads to hit quota. The culture has gone downhill company wide.

Hard to keep up with the changing expectations and processes. They keep hiring/ adding to senior leadership while over 70% on of sales aren't hitting quota. They have moved to being a performance based company so they are handing out PIPs left and right to "normalize" them. But the PIP's are normally unattainable metrics so majority of people put on them leave...Read More

So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.

Company is all over the place. Constantly raising quota with almost no one hitting quota.
