Product is decent but new pricing model is terrible. No one is hitting numbers and leadership is not changing but instead PIPing everyone

Very strong product market fit with an incredible engineering team. Inexperienced front line management with poor training, but I sense changes coming. Very promising company to work for, but you should have sales experience coming in and know how to be self motivated and research on your own. Very strong earning potential.

Hard to keep up with the changing expectations and processes. They keep hiring/ adding to senior leadership while over 70% on of sales aren't hitting quota. They have moved to being a performance based company so they are handing out PIPs left and right to "normalize" them. But the PIP's are normally unattainable metrics so majority of people put on them leave...Read More
