I felt like the team was a tight-knit Manchester crew and you had to be a football fan and of Western/Nordic origin to fit in, also lots of politics in the background. Great place to work, great culture, great experience. The product is has a specific fit, which is a strength - just need to focus resources on the orgs that will be the best customers, get out of bidding wars with competitors.
