Hard to keep up with the changing expectations and processes. They keep hiring/ adding to senior leadership while over 70% on of sales aren't hitting quota. They have moved to being a performance based company so they are handing out PIPs left and right to "normalize" them. But the PIP's are normally unattainable metrics so majority of people put on them leave before the plan is up to avoid being fired. Remote and flexible schedule.

So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.

It's clear that the company is going through something right now, though that isn't unusual at this point for a company our size in a nice-to-have market segment. I do expect we'll ride it out and find our spark again soon. There is an issue at the top though.
