This is my first sales role and I don’t think it’s quite sunk in how lucky I’ve got been in landing this role. Very easy to stay motivated here, the people that I work with are fantastic and they are so willing to help and foster skills in the new reps. No one is watching me type this. I love where I work.

My overall experience was fine. The team is growing fast and they favor legacy and older reps. There is high turnover within the company and they hire a lot of outside employees vs promoting within.
